I called around 5:00 PM on a Tuesday to see if someone could come take a look, and RJ was incredibly helpful. He checked the storm radar and scheduled us for Thursday based on the weather. RJ arrived early, exactly when he said he would, and thoroughly checked the roof for storm damage. Thankfully, everything looked perfect, and he didn’t find any problems with the vent cover either. He explained that with the amount of rain that came down and the strong, sideways winds, the water likely found its way into the vent during the storm. The best part? Nothing needed to be repaired, and RJ didn’t charge us a thing for the inspection! I really appreciate the honesty, professionalism, and great customer service. This was our second experience having a home get the roofing redone. Our first time was back in California, the job was done but my goodness, the back and forth, delays, third party inspection/estimates and haggling was pretty harsh. This experience started out somewhat trying, but eventually all the paperwork, estimates, and an equitable consensus was finally agreed upon.
